Missing 1600 Fc Points from Ea Play Pro
I am subscribed to Ea Play Pro and have received 2 batches of those points. Last batch should have arrived few weeks ago. It didnt. I contacted EA support 2 times, once a week, everytime they say "just wait, they will come in a day or two" (like wtf). Now I cant even use chat function anymore to contact and they dont reply to emails at all. Did anyone else receive their last batch of points or are we getting scammed right now ? I bet they wont answer this topic either but would be nice to hear did any of u fellas get those points.
We cannot help with missing content through Answers HQ. You'll need to open a case here. I'm now locking this thread as there is nothing we can do as well as for breaking the Answers HQ rules for mass tagging.
