Missing coins

My sons logged in tonight and is missing 750k ish coins, the webchat told me to post here?

    I'm not sure why an advisor directed you here for this issue. We're not able to help with missing content over Answers HQ. Only an advisor can assist with that. The best I can do is refer you back to support for assistance. A case can be opened here. It's also possible those coins were removed for violating the Terms of Service. If that was the case, please see this article for more information and instructions for disputing the action taken.

  • I am not sure, they’ve not been much help. The messaged don’t make sense then the case was closed, I cannot reopen it and when I open a new case they close it as a duplicate. Not really sure where to go from here my boys spent all of his money on this game and all his coins are gone.

    Are you opening the case on your account or your son's? It should be opened from his account.

    The best I can advise is to try again with opening a case. However, if the coins were removed for violating the Terms of Service, you would need to submit a dispute to have that investigated. An email should have been received saying if this was the case though.

  • There was no email at all I’ve checked. I’ll start the process again and message on x.
