Deleting didn't help BUT I found out that some items that are available in VOLTA can only be used on one profile. In Volta you can create multiple style profiles, and some items/tattoos can only be used on one profile at the time. When you deselect everything from my main profile, the items on your Clubs player stay!
Make sure to remove all items from your Volta player!
