    UPDATE: The issue has been fixed through the Title Update #15.1 (Link).

    Please, check for the new updates, restart your platform, and load your player Career mode.

    Hey there, 

    Thank you very much for the examples provided.

    We're aware of this stability issue with Player Career saves, and we're still investigating.

    The issue has been added to our EA SPORTS FC Tracker Trello Board and the Team posted a direct message on X (Link). 

    No further examples are needed.

    We will keep you updated with more information as they become available.

Ever since the update last night when trying to play on my player career save, the game crashes almost immediately after loading it up. If this glitch is the same as previous ones where I have to start a new save again I will never play any of these games again. It’s disgusting how such a big company cannot fix simple glitches. You are the worst games company to ever exist. 

if anyone has a fix for this please let me know.

Hey everyone, 

We can see you're experiencing crashing issues when trying to load your Player Career save right after you installed Title Update #15. 

Please follow the steps below and let us know if they can help you fix the issue and load the Career save:

  • From PC, try to repair (Select FC 24 from your library > Manage > Repair) the game and clear the cache (EA app - Steam).
  • From console, turn it off and remove the power cable for a minute.
  • Remove the game, restart your platform, and try to install FC 24 again.

If the steps above don't help you to fix this issue, please share with us the following info to help our Team on the investigation:

  • Platform:
  • Account:
  • Game Mode: (Player Career / Manager Career / Both)
  • Date/Time of your last save:
  • Does it occur in new Careers, too? (created after the Title Update #15)
  • Error message received: (if any)
  • Screenshots.

    It's broken for me as well. Repairing the game does nothing.

    People are reporting that crashes happen after training session and games - my save file was saved after a training session, so I can't even access it.

    • Platform: PC

    • Date/Time of your last save: Yesterday (05/06/2024)
    • Does it occur in new Careers, too? No.
    • Error message received: No error, just crash to desktop.

    I can’t load my player career mode , it crashes every time I select it , I’ve restarted my ps re-downloaded the game and still not working ?

    @EA_LeonSK Can we expect any future updates? Should we just wait? Do you need more information?

    We would really appreciate if we could get a official word on this - it's clearly not just a local issue and happening in all platforms even after troubleshooting steps.

        • Does it occur in new Careers, too? No idea. Happens when i'm loading a save after i've done training and matchday awaits.

    still crashing after uninstalling and reinstalling. lasted more than 10s but as soon as i tried to do training it froze and crashed. update need very soon i play the game daily - Help please
