No access to 7 day early access
Redeemed Ultimate Edition code and preloaded; now can only start playing from the 28 of September even though I have purchased ultimate edition. I attached a screenshot as what it looks like on the EA app.

Too make matters worse, I've just found out i have a ban for something that I have no idea for, so i've somehow managhed to redeem a code on a franchise im apparently banned from despite not even playing around the time of the ban [I stopped playing almost 6 months prior :S ]
How is that even possible to do such a thing? Now im stuck trying to find a support that im able to contact to resolve both issues :S
