No Penalties in Squad Battles

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply finish extra time in squad battles with the same score as the opposing team and try to resume play from the pause menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? It is impossible to transition from extra time to penalties. After extra time is complete you enter the pause menu like you always would but when you select resume match it's an infinite loop of the B-Roll of the stadium. There's no way to leave or open another menu the only way to exit is to close the application and forfeit the match.
What should be happening instead? You should transition into a penalty shootout.
During the game I made 4 substitutions in addition two of my players had playable injuries one being a sub and both still being in my lineup. When this happened previously I likely made the max substitutions in that game. Don't know if this has any significance just felt it was important to note.
