NOT GETTING VERIFICATION CODE

Hi,

Randomly, I have been asked to verify my email address upon starting EAFC one time. I am not receiving the email verification code. I have tried multiple times over a 4 day period but I haven't received anything. When logging into my EA account on the internet, I was asked for a verification code but I DID receive this one. So it's not a problem with the email address as I can access my account on here. I have tried the back up codes method but again, it asks for a verification code which I'm not receiving!! I do not have my phone number set up with the account either.

I have raised TWO cases with EA about this but they were ignored for 3 days. Then I went to look today but they've both been "RESOLVED"?!?!?!?! No-one contacted me, I did not receive any update and I'm back to square one. How the hell can I solve this and why is it completely impossible to actually speak to a human being? There is no option for a live chat.

Can someone please advise ASAP.
