(PC) FC24 keeps crashing on splash screen

If i open the game, it says "Validating game environment" then "Starting EA Javelin Anticheat" and "Lauching game" after that it immediately crashes and sends me back to the EA App with no error message. I looked on the windows event viewer and the error code was 0xFFFFFFFF and it said "Failed retrieving service path". The game used to run normally before factory resetting my PC. I have tried verifying game files, reinstalling FC24, the EA App and the Anticheat. I have tried the sfc /scannow and DISM commands. My drivers are updated too and I tried turning off the antivirus. I have Disabled Steam/EA/Discord game overlays. I have Windows 11. I just dont know what to do anymore
