Players not responding to any input randomly

My FC24 was working fine on my other Xbox but moving to a different Xbox all my controllers I use end up glitching out after 5 mins playing and do this every 10-30 seconds where my player I'm controlling will keep running in the direction I last held no matter what I do, I also won't be able to change players during this time. This is during ultimate team, clubs, manager career etc. every game mode my players will randomly stop responding and will run into the crowd and it can take form 1 second to almost a minute to gain back control, making the game unplayable. My controllers work perfectly with every other game and in the menu. I've tried to delete and reinstall, I've hard reset my controller, Xbox, FC24 settings and everything. Nothing works
