Players Want to Leave Too Easily

I've been having massive issues with this bug as I rotate players(sharpness and fitness is broken IMO) The biggest problem is a player will have a moan about not playing. I then play them the next 3 games in a row or so but they still request to leave. The next issue is you can slowly get the morale back up but you can't ever offer a new contract or remove the request
