I bought the EA Play through the Epic store and when I enter the EA application directly it does not appear that I have the membership and when I want to start a game such as FC 24 it appears that I cannot enter and it tells me this:
I'm joining because I haven't been able to activate the game for two weeks since I bought it. I've already communicated with EA help, looked at the forum and nothing. After filling in my email and password, a window pops up ERROR saying that I'm offline.
If it happens to me too, when I can finally connect, the same thing appears as yours.
I contacted the game advisor 3 times and you referred me to the forum....can anyone help us here or are you just going to throw us around?
