In Companion app.  Message when trying to access quick sell recoveey: "An error occurred while trying to load the discarded items"

i can not use the quick sell recovery as it fails to load players

Tried to recover cornet on ea fc 24 first of all it didn’t even recover him at all and now whenever I go to the quick sell recover thing it says there’s been an error and now I’m locked out of getting my players that have been quick sold and now cornet is extinct on the market
