Would be able to record / upload a clip of this in game behavior when you experience it?
In the clip we would need to see the Input Overlay for both your local input and Online Response.
You can enable the Input Overlay in your "Game Settings" under "Visual"

Hi I have the same problem with the deplay when I try to play online here I have a 5 min gameplay clip.
the delay is always there, but sometimes it's so bad that you can see it.
(i was listening to music while playing so i muted the gameplay)
in the 65 min Galan just runs straight and I can't press a button that he doesn't run straight
in 66 min torres passes the ball to where i don't want the ball to go.
in the 77 min I can't change the player it's not so bad but there are situations where my player just runs straight for 5 seconds I can't do anything about it
in the 88 minute Sanagre just ran straight and I can't do anything about it, but that's an example of what I mean. with he just run straight for 5 seconds

I got the same issue.
The player movement freeze which means my player is running in one direction or isn`t moving at all. In that moment i have zero control over the player but surprisingly i can enter the settings without any problem at all or any delay and all the controls there work fine.
Also the problem gets worse with every game i play. Today in my first match i had the issue once and in the second match it apperead 3 times and in my third match it happened like 10 times which made it unplayable.
In this short clip you can see that the online control stuck even i pressed a couple of buttons on my pad. In this case i used a PS5 controller on my pc but i got the same issue aswell when i try to play with an xbox controller or directly via keyboard.

@Eismann21 , I also got this problem. I have a friend that can play without problems with his pc. So i gave him my account and he could play with my account without any problems. I think so it's more a problem in our version of the game (in the serial number of the game) than a bug in our account or pc (or ps5,...).
You guys don't understand that it's not a connection quality problem. stop asking people for that useless report and do something about it

My connection quality report is attached to my earlier post and here is my match history. Before you wonder the incomplete matches are there because these were the matches which were completly unplayable so i left the match myself.
Overall my connection looks pretty damn good in every single of the matches but the problem apperead in every matches. In some more in some less

The game is so horrible and why the hell are my players slow my wingers all with 87+ pace and every player i play against is faster than them like i already broke 3 controllers, in FIFA 23 i was in division 2 and every thing was OK but IN FC 24 is horrible, Passing is bad, shooting is ok, and dribbling what did u do with RB and dribble u ruined the game guys congrats I’m really proud of u its time all of that and I didn’t mention the defending

@EA_AljoThe issue seems to be occurring for me around this time of the day.
I have been playing FUT Division Rivals all day with no issue whatsoever, although about 90 minutes ago I started experiencing the huge delay once again. My connection score is 98/100 if i use your tool, so that is definitely not the issue. I am also playing on a wired connection.
It seems like the servers get overloaded around this time of day, as a lot of people in europe log on after work. That to me seems to be the only reason why I can play the game normally during weekdays until this time of day. I noticed the lag issue returning the past few games after being able to play for 6+ hours with no issue.
Please investigate this thoroughly, I can only imagine how bad this is going to be with FUT Champions on saturday/sunday, and if it does turn out to be as bad as it is now; that would probably mean the end of fc24 for me

@EA_Aljo you have also been aware of my connection as I posted on this same thread the connection test along with the scores, I think now is the time to consider this as a real issue as I’m clearly not the only one with this situation as this thread has 100+ people with this problem, I think that it is more than enough to consider this as a problem 😉

So before you say that this issue isn’t in need of being raised because there aren’t enough concerns about it as not only there are 130+ people with this problem on this thread in your own forum
But there are also 200+ people as well on the Reddit Megathread facing the same problem
And please @EA_Aljo find the solution yourself it’s your company’s game, don’t expect the community to find the fix to the issue, we aren’t the ones that worked on the game and it’s code, it’s you and your company who worked on it and you lot get paid to fix this not us. We pay for a fully working game not a game that I have to go on forums and search countless tutorials and videos just so MAYBE I find a fix which I have not found up to now mind you.
