they marked the solution as solved but its actually not solved untill now

My friend that preordered FC 25 doesn't have the issue. His account works on my PC. It's due to the new intro splash screen, I hope it's a bug.

Have they actually acknowledged an issue yet?
Same here, every time open a pack on either desktop or Android app I am logged out and have to log back in
