Good news is our game teams are on it. They're literally working on a fix as we speak. It won't be long before this gets taken care. Once that happens, this'll be resolved not just for you but for all affected players.
The issue that you are facing seems to be a know issue and the issue that you are facing seems to be a global issue for the community. That is why I would ask you to wait so that the team can investigate it and resolve this as soon as possible.
