Still cant access Volta - Couldnt play in Fifa 23 either

Which part of the mode? Story
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was unable to access Volta for almost the whole of Fifa 23. And once again I have just loaded up EAFC and Im getting the same error. When I try to access this I get the message: "there was an error accessing server data, please try again". It is not a home network issue as I can access volta on an alt account. And I can't access my volta account on different consoles, networks and on old gen and new gen. Outrageous that this is such a widespread error bassed on searching through these forums on previous Fifas and its been allowed to carry over to EAFC. If this was an ultimate team bug it'd be fixed in days.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked back to the main menu
What should be happening instead? I should get into the main game mode for the game I paid £90 for!

    It appears that EA has done something server side that has resolved this issue. It also appears to have fixed the issue on previous Fifas.

    Thankyou for finally resolving this EA.

    @EA_Barry Hi Barry, I can play every other game mode at the moment, including UT and pro clubs. Are you saying I that Volta isnt live yet?

    I'd encourage everyone who can't access to reply here. If they didn't bother to fix it in the older fifas chances are they won't bother now.

    Exact same fault here. Had it through all of fifa23 and same again  on ea fc 24. I don't care about volta itself  I just want the customisations for my clubs pro

    Same issue here, the server issue is happening at FIFA23 and also carry forward to EAS FC24!!!!!

    I'm suspecting the avatar cause the issue as I can create a new avatar at the beginning of Volta, but after all the system said it is imported and i found my fifa 23 avatar for volta appear and then same server issue.

    I managed to get in once  from press right stick from the ad in pro clubs but ofc I hasn't received my ea fc points so couldn't buy customisations and now I can't get back in wooooo, ea sort it out

    I'm having the same issue. I couldn't access it on fifa 23 and now I can't on EA FC.

    Me too had this for ages on fifa 23 was hoping as it's a new game it would be fixed and yet again still saying error accessing server data, I've tested my Internet and everything as people said could be Internet but absolutely nothing, I couldn't care for volta but I do care about the cosmetics for pro clubs.

    Hopefully they sort this out as its becoming a joke
