It appears that EA has done something server side that has resolved this issue. It also appears to have fixed the issue on previous Fifas.

I have run into the same issue all of a sudden with FC 24 on VOLTA exclusively: ''There was an error accessing server data, please try again.''
Just to confirm it's now tomorrow and it still doesn't work.
Same issue with me, yet it worked on the beta so I don’t get why it’s doing it again.

Same issue here, Series X and had it all of FIFA 23, becoming a bit of a joke that it’s still going on, it was around in FIFA 22 aswell! Not even bothered about playing Volta I want the stuff for clubs.

What do we have to do to even get EA to acknowledge it. They never bothered for Fifa 23.
Well there is quite a few of us already, I suppose on launch there will be plenty more in the same situation.
@EA_Barry been trying to access volta football on EA Sports FC 24 on Xbox series X for the last 2 days and I still can’t access it. I’m disappointed as I can access every other game mode other than Volta and am losing out on playing with my friends. I’m disappointed as I’ve purchased a product I’m not getting full access to.
I can access Volta at Fifa 22 but failed at FIFA 23 and FC 24.
I spoke to support today and they refuse to accept it’s a know issue. They will not fix it
yo fix the personal settings 1 glitch. Also for some reason I don't have a FC 24 folder.
this was an issue in the last game as well, it was never fixed, and for some reason its still an issue, pretty much an entire quarter of the game just completely unplayable, bit of a joke really
