still no compensation for Fantasy FC Hero Touré Item who had incorrect league

this is what EA SPORTS FC Direct Communication stated in their tweet : 

Earlier this week, the Fantasy FC Hero Sneijder and Touré Player Items had incorrect leagues. The Items have since been updated, and players who obtained them while the incorrect leagues were listed will be sent their Coins back in the coming days.

I believe everyone got their coins compensated except me, I've been opening cases nonstop for over 20 days now, with over 12 cases but still no solution.  

Can someone from the FC team help me recover my coins? I purchased the item for 4.2 million coins, and it ended up transforming into another item, which constitutes fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of contract. While this is legally actionable, I am willing to forgo any legal action as long as I receive my coins back.

I have attached a video showing the moment when I purchased the FC Fantasy Hero Yaya Touré Premier League item, which then changed to La Liga the moment it was added to my club.
