Stuttering on PC
When I play a game it starts lagging and stuttering and that 3 to 4 times a game even in squadbattles (I play on PC). In my pc is a 4070 TI and a ryzen 7 7800X3D so my pc isnt the problem my friends...

I had the same problem because I have a Freesync monitor, if you are using AMD adrenalin you have to make sure that "wait for vertical refresh (Vsync)" is set to always off as this was the cause of the stuttering for me, now with my Rx580 and Ryzen 5 5600x 16gb DDR4 which is far lower specs than your PC the game runs smooth apart from the cutscenes are a bit laggy. I hope this helps.
yea, it's a mess since title#3 update.. with start of brightness bug of cutscenes , it starts lagging and it's unplayable like this...... but they don't answer even if many ppl is complaining
