I play FC25 on pc and this error keeps popping up ive waited a day done all the instructions ive seen on the internet let my friend try it on his pc all to no avail. ive already put the amount of money i need on steam so idk what the problem is i need help its already been a day and i want to open packs for RTTK

Same had to try everything for around 6 hours with 6 different people from customer service and had to explain the problem everytime. Still unable to purchase fc points and now my money is just trapped in steam....
