transfer and convert coins

i have problem with transfer and convert coin from FIFA 23 to EAFC 24 , i didnt get promp / notification when i go to ultimate menu... please help me to convert my coin (FIFA 23 Using EA Games and EA...

@shiveringyou you cant transfer coins, only fc points can be transferred and thats only one time transfer, you can't go back
