Transfer ban overturn, 2 mill refund but still banned

I had a big back and forth with ea help support about my case and finally today I got an email that they overturned my suspension. I was hacked and somebody transferred coins from my account. 

As I logged in, I noticed a 2 million coins compensation but after wanting to go on the transfer market, I realized that I'm still banned from there. Does it take some time or is there a mistake being made? I received the mail about the overturn 8 hours ago so I'm not sure if I should open a new case about it or give them some time.
