Unable to connect, platform client.
I was logged on and playing online for EA FC 24. Left ultimate team open and running, came back 20 minutes later and said I lost connection.
I have been unable to reconnect for 2 hours now, while all my friends on Xbox are on and currently playing. I am getting this message every time:
“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again.”
I have restarted console, set up DNS to Google, cleared cache, cleared persistent storage, have an open nat type, restarted modem/router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared saved data for the game, and hard reset my Xbox, all to no avail.
I can’t even open a new case on EA help. Please help!!!

Thank you all for your reports. Our team has investigated the issue and determined that it was caused by a local ISP problem. Hopefully, this issue should have been resolved by now. If you are still experiencing difficulties connecting, we recommend trying an alternative network in the meantime if that's possible.
