UNABLE TO SAVE PERSONAL SETTINGS 1

THIS IS ON PC. ‌ I can not get passed the personal settings screen. It pops up with a message saying “unable to save personal settings 1” Even when I click ”continue without” saving it still does ...

THIS IS ON PC.

I can not get passed the personal settings screen. It pops up with a message saying “unable to save personal settings 1”

Even when I click ”continue without” saving it still does not continue.

I have tried a lot of different solutions but nothing has worked.

Any help is appreciated 🙂
