UNABLE TO SAVE PERSONAL SETTINGS 1
THIS IS ON PC. I can not get passed the personal settings screen. It pops up with a message saying “unable to save personal settings 1” Even when I click ”continue without” saving it still does ...

Thank you that has finally fixed the problem. I created a new account on windows and it’s fixed now.

That a new Windows account worked means there is an issue with your primary one so may be worth seeing if you can narrow it down.
