THIS IS ON PC.
I can not get passed the personal settings screen. It pops up with a message saying “unable to save personal settings 1”
Even when I click ”continue without” saving it still does not continue.
I have tried a lot of different solutions but nothing has worked.
Any help is appreciated 🙂

That a new Windows account worked means there is an issue with your primary one so may be worth seeing if you can narrow it down.

Hi I have played EA FC 24 for about 27 hours already but when I tried to start the game today my settings has been removed and I can't even get past the first screen of the game. I can still see that my achievements are logged when i login to the companion and web app. I have attached pictures to show what screen I can't get past it seeems that my save has been deleted or something please help. I bought the game on Steam if that helps.
I am having almost the same issue. I get "Failed to download." when I click on my profile in-game. Screenshot attached. I also dont think I named my profile "1". This issue started out of no where. I was playing UT then got "your opponent lost connection" so I re-launched the game and it started happening.
@papperskorg69 I created a new windows account it did not work. What exactly I need to look at?
