Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season.

However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year.

As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team:

Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers.

Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume.

Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections.
