UT Champions playoff progress erased

I played 6 games of UT Champions Playoffs yesterday and when I went and checked my progress today, it was back to 0 as if I didn't play.

Same thing has happened to me. Was 7-1 up yesterday and after logging back in today it's reset to 0 with all games left to play.

the first time ive ever qualified and it reset with 1 game to go just ridiculous 

Me ha pasado lo mismo, le he puesto una incidencia, pero todavía no me han contestado espero que me lo solucionen. 

I won 4 games and clicked ''end play offs'' as usual every week. The game didn't register my progress and even worse left me with 400/1250 points and now I have to play rivals to play play offs again. I don't know what to do I am so pissed off right now. I lost all my love towards the game I played for years. EA I need my WL ticket asap... I am a PC player my id is ''mertline''.
