Wrongfully Transfer Market banned

I've had the same issue since Thursday. I had no email and raised a case on Saturday. I've still had nothing back and I've seen multiple people on here and on social media having the same problem. This is clearly not an isolated incident and from what I can understand, it related to buying/selling cards eligible for the new evolutions function. It seems as though players are been auto banned for buying/selling at above market average for certain players but the issue is, with evolutions, certain players prices are fluctuating a lot. I'm assuming the auto ban logic is trying to catch people selling coins by buying/selling at high prices but the logic of this auto ban tool will need looking at now that EA have added evolutions. It totally disrupts the market and is causing bans for many players for doing nothing wrong.

Please escalate this internally as there is no easy way for us (the customers) to do this. 

There should also be some form of compensation to the people who have been banned. Many people have spent almost £100 on the game that only lasts 9-12 months and to get banned from the transfer market with no justification is not good.

There should be some form of process where you first receive a warning and have your account added to a watch list and go from there. Instant bans with no way of defending yourself is not the right way to do it.

Please pass these messages on to the teams who deal with the banning process and the teams that program the auto ban logic.  This is not something that needs to be fixed for individuals but an en masse fix/update. 

Hello having the same issue. Have spent a ridiculous amount of money on the game just for me to he wrongfully banned. I made an appeal and they emailed me back saying the correct action was taken which is completely *. Just wondering if anyone else has resolved this issue and the steps i should take moving forward. Thanks

I just have the same problem! I didn't even use market place that much I just got the game maybe I listed 10-20 players at max and then I received this block! It's unbelievable. I sent an email to the help support and didn't get any answer yet.

I have also experienced this. It’s been about 3 WEEKS now and I have been completing sbcs like Zidane and Dalglish without the transfer market and I’m really exhausted. I have done nothing wrong to receive this treatment from EA and have tried every method to get in contact with them even Twitter @ing them. Please get this fixed asap as it is ruining the enjoyment of me playing EAFC and I won’t likely continue doing so if nothing is done.
