A mi me pasa lo mismo,ayer ponía que daban un icono con grl 90 y hoy lo han cambiado po e que es hasta 90 de grl,a alguien le solucionaron el problema?a mi no me hacen ni caso
He abierto incidencias 2 veces y no me solucionan el problema tampoco. Es de vergüenza.
Informo de que solo he recibido un sobre de compensacion de icono 90 grl asegurado por abrir un sobre con la descripcion incorrecta, el caso es que yo abrí dos de estos sobres y solo he recibido uno y estoy viendo gente que abrió los dos y han recibido dos sobres de compensacion.

Abri los sobres 2 sobres donde venian los iconos incorrectos y no he recibido los 2 sobres con iconos de media 90 de compensación
