No se ha podido iniciar el juego

Lo que me esta sucediendo es lo siguiente: actualmente soy usuario de PC con Xbox Game Pass activo, he descargado/instalado el FC24 y el FC25 mediante el Game Pass pero a la hora de ejecutarlo/iniciarlo me arroja un error el cual me indica lo siguiente: "se ha producido un error tecnico que ha impedido el arranque. vuelve a intentarlo un poco más tarde."
Cabe aclarar que ya he tratado miles de soluciones las cuales he buscado y ninguna funciona como lo es reinstalar el anticheat, reinstalar el juego, instalarlo en idioma Ingles, actualizar controladores de gráfica, ejecutarlo como administrador tanto el juego como el Xbox Game Pass y el EA y demás soluciones las cuales ninguna me ha servido por lo tanto espero pronta ayuda de ustedes para dar solución y de está forma poder jugar.

What's happening to me is the following: I'm currently a PC user with an active Xbox Game Pass. I've downloaded/installed FC24 and FC25 through Game Pass, but when I try to run/launch it, I get an error message that says: "A technical error has occurred that prevented startup. Please try again later."
It's worth clarifying that I've tried thousands of solutions, and none of them work. These include reinstalling the anti-cheat feature, reinstalling the game, installing it in English, updating graphics drivers, running both the game and Xbox Game Pass and EA as administrator, and other solutions, none of which have worked. Therefore, I hope for your prompt help to resolve the issue so I can play.
