Since yesterday i can’t connect to ultimate team, it starts and then keep getting an error message “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu”I restarted the game and the console and checked also if there any updates needed.

Hey @abiomy Try also restarting your router to help resync your account. Use the UT web app or companion app to create a brand new squad with different players and set it as your main squad before testing the game again. Let us know if that works. Thanks.

Try also restarting your router to help resync your account.

Every time i sign in then enter the ultimate team it shows connecting is not possible at the moment you will be returned , i want solution

Every time I try to open ultimate team it gives the error connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to main menu.

I’m also unable to log in to my companion app
my internet is the same I have been using earlier also
please fix this

I’m having a similar problem, I can’t connect to ultimate team on the console or the web companion app or website.
Our modem was reset yesterday but I couldn’t connect before this either
On the web app it was I said I was logged in somewhere else but I’m not.
It’s quite dissapointing ans I only just bought the game. All I want to do is play team but I have to jump through lots of hoops to do so…
btw I can connect to the ea servers in other modes just not ultimate team.
