I can’t find my FC founder evolution upgrade card, and i need it for my malen.. i got the founder 2 but not upgrade one.. i didn’t even use it!!!

@Vesper_esporti preorderd the game on a difrent acc but same consel but i dint log in before novermber on 1 on this  acc so dint get founders upgrade that is just way this game anoys me

Can anyone from EA finally fix this? I got the upgrade token, claimed it, it was in evo menus but I didn't start doing it right away because I didn't have any player evolved with founders evo yet. After I did basic founders on one of my players, the upgrade just disappeared from menus and is no longer available! 

Saw it a couple weeks ago and never used now in trying to do by Malen evo and I can’t find it
