Can’t access squad actions while on squad screen

Question

I’ve been playing for a month and still unable to access squad actions while in club. It says to press L but when I do it switches me to the shortcut menu. No way to change formations or anything.

anyone have a fix for this?

press L3 not L2And if your not aware of what the 'L3' button is, it's the left analog stick (a lot of people don't realize this).
