Can’t open a bronze pack in the store and it won’t let me open other packs

Question

Please help, I just yesterday encountered issues with my packs, I can’t open a bronze pack and cause of that can’t open other packs in my store, I have tried using the web version to try to open them as well as my PS5 but couldn’t open it still.

Please help me fix this.

Same here, opened premium silver pack via companion app, received bugged silver pack as reward now can't open any further packs or spend any points
