Can not submit sbc on android companion

Question

Since a week i was getting 'cant submit sbc error'. But when i used to login on to console it was getting fixed. Today i got the same error again but when i login on console it didnt get fixed. Yet i am able to send sbcs on console and ios companion app. It just doesnt work for android smartphone. How can i fix this?

@ozanulmulk First check if you have latest version or not.
If that is correct then you may be doing large amount of SBC in short time span. May be take break in between or play few games.
