Can't edit Squad via FUT Web App when I exit the game accidentally?

I can't save my change to active squid after I exit the game accidentally once. Seems that I need to login to relogin the game again. However, I can't login to this game recently due to some reasons....

@EA_Aljo Thanks for your reply. However, there is no console with me in recent days, so I can't login to game to follow the instruction. I can only login to my FUT web app. And it has block to finish my SBC. So I'm wondering if EA can resolve the issue from server side?
