Completed the fof crafting upgrades by objective not updated snd sbc dissapeared

@BassKadetz-DNB Same issue here. Spent all afternoon crafting the upgrades, completed all 160, SBC now no longer on the menu as all 160 submissions have been completed but objective stuck at 159. Absolute joke.

@BassKadetz-DNB Restarted console initially and didn't fix it, just done it again and the 1 remaining FOF Crafting SBC was there to complete, full 160 now complete on objectives for me.
