Na, tried it. It worked for 2 games in a row then kicked back out at end of 3rd game.
Even tried changing kits.
It also seems to take a few attempts to enter ultimate team on xbox, also on the mobile companion app even when app is connected to WiFi and mobile data so that would disregard my Internet broadband connection when using mobile app. And I did close down the game properly from ultimate team so I could use companion app.
Can you run the Connection Quality Report again and this time screenshot the results instead of copying and pasting them? I need the overall score and a screenshot of the match history.

That's interesting one of your tests shows high latency when the one from us does not. Again though, you didn't provide the match history. Can you please get a screenshot of that?

There is no issues at my end, I've already contacted my isp and asked if there was any sort of restrictions for multilayer gaming which there is none. Could there be an issue with Microsoft?

No even trying to get into ultimate team can take a few attempts.
Close the game down which sometimes helps, maybe lasts a couple of games before it starts again.
Also happened when doing sbc when submitting squad.

We're not aware of any issues with the game or our servers that would cause this, but will keep monitoring for them. You could try alternate DNS settings. That is detailed in the connection troubleshooting steps here. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest at the moment.

And cleared the mac address aswell as was asked by the guys at Microsoft .

I think most likely, this is either an issue with your ISP or home network equipment. That is assuming you're always playing over a wired connection. Make sure your ethernet cable is free of damage. I'd also recommend it be at least Cat6. Check to see if your modem and router have the most current firmware as well.

İ have same issue . İ can play all online mods in fc25 and my connection is good , i check dns and everything , i use static ip and still ultimate team isnt working normally . On sbc and store i cant do anything without error and going main menu . İ can play games but most likely end of the game , i have the same issue and i lost the match cause of connection issue . İ check ps5 connection status and look ea troubleshoot , nothing looks unusual. İ delete the game 2-3 times and i delete saved files also . But still same problem without solution ..

İ use wi-fi now but i try with ethernet too , problem isnt solved with ethernet .
and i when i complete matches , end of the match my connection problem is doing the problem . İ dont know theese matches are complete or incomplete but looks like complete . But looks like game doing complete on match history

Mines is still not fixed.
Been like that since start of December.
Only thing that makes a difference is close game down and restart, seems to work for maybe 2 matches then back to way it was.

İ dont quit matches . İ cant finish cause of game issue . End of the game if i win the game still game giving error and going to main menu and if i look the result its lose like forfeit 3-0 . İts connected issue . İf i solve the main menu and connection issue for ultimate team . İ can play matches normally

Not every match but 1 times at least on 3 matches . Maybe 2 of 3 . But never disconnected in match i play normally and end of the match is problem .
But sbc and store issue happened all the time . İf i try to do sbc i trying like 4-5 times . Going main menu error . And same thing happened on opening packs on store ..

There is a much higher chance of this happening while you're on a wireless connection. I know you mentioned it happens being wired too. What I'd like you to do is make sure you're wired and then play several games. After that, run the Connection Quality Report again and get me updates screenshots. Make sure the match history is also listed. This shows the individual matches and their connection stats. Thanks!

İ will do that but before matches i cant do anything on ultimate team menu . With or without cable . İ think its not about connection because if ultimate team gives error i can try again and doing same thing without problem second or third time . Or i can play matches without any connection issues , whenever match finishes , problem begins

According to the test you already ran, this is connection related. That's not uncommon though with a wireless connection. Please switch to a wire and power cycle your equipment with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. After that, runt he Connection Quality Report and get the screenshots I mentioned previously. Thank you.

İ tried with cable only and still same errors all the time . Again i tried online draft and when the game starting , i lost my connection and i lost game . And it happens maybe 3-4 times on rivals , champion modes .. and still i cant go for sbc and store .
When i play rivals draft or champion ; sometimes starting of the match sometimes end of the match the error is your online connection lost …. ea/unabletoconnect
and if i try to do anything on ultimate team , im going main menu or ultimate game main menu

I'm convinced it's something to do with ea servers, everything has checked ok at my end, my test are great yet still same issues
