Division rivals: currently no active competition

I've logged into UT on my second account and I can't play division rivals.. says "currently no active competition" Works fine on my main account.

      I contacted ea, they told me it's being "worked on".

      They also said I should unlink one of my psn accounts from my ea account..

      .. if I do that then my apex legends merged progression messes up, I don't think the guy I spoke to had any real idea about how to go about anything, just wasting time talking.
