EA FC 24 pre-order bonus rewards

I pre-ordered EA FC 24 Standard Editon but didn't receive those bonuses, According to this website, anyone who preordered FC 24 is supposed to receive their pre-order bonuses. I bought mine from Steam which has the DLC ticked (Pre-order bonus) but when I logged into Ultimate Team I didn't get it. Please help me out in advance thanks. Two attachments are being attached you may view them for reference to the website and the Steam DLC I stated.
