Evolution Card Stuck in Unassigned Pile
I swapped my evolution Jota with a dupe and now I can't go into the store to assign that card again. The store just repeatedly crashes.

My Ansu fati evolution card is stuck in unassigned pile since last Friday night, and I have sought help in ea live chat for a couple of times already. The issue still hasn't been fixed.

I have the exact same problem. I discarded my evolutions Sterling so I could evolve him in the FC Founder II upgrade. I quick recovered the other Sterling so I could use him in an sbc. Now I can not get into my store and open my packs I was saving for winter wildcards promo. Not even on the web app! Joke!
I did the same with Sterling. 62 pages of people reporting the glitch since September and no resolution.

Yes I also face the exact same issue. Hopefully there is an upcoming update to fix this issue.
I will contact ea everyday until there is a fix. This has been going on for months. Unacceptable. I will see if this is a case that can be heard by the ombudsman.
