Gold Messi and De Bruyne from 750k Fut Birthday Guaranteed Icon Pack

I bought this new 750k pack (5000 FC Points/50$) last saturday,

While I got team 1 players like Klose I also did got Messi 90 and Kevin De Bruyne 91 gold base cards,

As I saw people packing Lavelle 90 and other team 1 players from this same pack on the same day.

I contacted EA Live Chat 3 times already and in all of these times the representatives has told me that this is a known bug and that the affected players will get compensate with the right cards,

but still there is no statement from EA about this issue on their twitter (like they did when previous familiar issues has happened before)

My worries is that my concerns will be ignored eventually and I won't be getting the players I has packed and should've got.

Anyone is familiar with this same bug and contacted them and got any other answers?
