Incorrect pack content

No reply man, thought I was getting that awesome Salah card and out walked double Lavelle... come on Ea... what is this.... we need compensation for these wrong packs. PLUS I GET milinkovic Savic and Pulisic. Thanks for plenty Birthday cards but wrong team... please can someone from EA help us out here.... and that was the 3rd time I got Double Lavelle..... 

So far there is no response here, and it is not possible to communicate through chat as the waiting time does not change and continues for a long time, and the email is not answered. This is a scam

I opened a 5K points store pack and it gave me the Birthday Icon Klose. This should’ve been a Team 2 Icon, right?

Just opened the 700k duo pack and got team 1 players but even more annoyingly I got gold Benzema instead of his birthday card. 

Exactly. On top of getting team 1 cards in team 2 packs, we also somehow dont get the good ones out of it. I got a Birthday Lavelle and a gold Benzema as well. If this doesnt get compensated, I'm done.

I have the same issue I open 3 packs and the all had team 1 players. But the weird part the last pack I open today had Saka that’s in team one as gold rare card. 

So I JUST opened an 84x4 pack I earned in another FUT mode and I (for about the fifth time now) packed the same birthday card. It's becoming an issue, especially since I have to either throw it in an SBC or in the exchange.

I know it would create chaos and only benefit those who spend $$$ to be able to sell duplicate cards on the market, but there has to be a better alternative
