I bought 2800 pts on the FC 24 companion app and have been unable to load the points onto my profile. I bought them several hours ago and they have not popped up. I have attempted to restart the app, check in game, use the webapp and none of them have my points showing up onto my account. I play on PC, through the EA launcher.
I would like this to be solved as soon as possible.

damn bro... They told me to just refund mine as well.
Same exact issue. I purchased 5900 points and it never loaded.
And whenever I tried re-purchasing more points, it would show an error message.
How long did the refund take for you?
