Someone the other day said he had the worst packs. Never packed anything in years. He created a new account. Got tons of huge promo cards and icons.
No every account is not the same. There's a black list and a white list, clearly. Some people pack Pelé twice in the same month (yes, I've seen it). Some can't even get an 83IF. Let's not pretend there's anything fair in that game.
