Player not available

Hey @Aminord Could you provide more details about the issue you are experiencing? Does it occur when you try to play a specific game mode? Also, please let us know the platform you are playing on and the timestamp of the last time you tried to play. Thank you!

When I try to play moments game mode the some high rated player card have a small red paper like symbol on them and when I bring that specific player into my team the following message pops up which I attached in the previous reply and does not allow me to proceed.

The specific red symbol persists even in my squad.

Thanks for the additional information. Does it happen only when you use TOTW or Evolution items?
