Receiving only 1 point after winning the match in Champions finals

I have a problem, I won some Fut Champions matches, but I didn't get the points and they only gave me one point.

As shown in the picture, I won four matches. The total of my points must be 24, which is now 18.

    Recently started playing my Champs, went unbeaten after first 3 games, but game gave me +1 pts after winning 2 of those 3 games, what can I do now? I also have a screen:

    Hello i just won my game on champs playoffs but i got 1 point for it it says i have 7 wins but i have 25 points

    same for me if the opponent disconnect give me 1 point if i disconnect 0 points

    How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This morning I won about 5 games in champions finals, but at the end of the game, the game gave me 1 point instead or 4 (although the final results match screen said "WIN", but only summing 1 point to my total points) It happened twice in 1hour gameplay this morning, I didnt notice nothing strange in my rivals, they were "normal" matches. It is not fair ☹️
    What happens when the bug occurs? Wins in champions finals count as loses
    What should be happening instead? They must count as wins, and give 4 points

    It happened twice in 1hour gameplay this morning, I didnt notice nothing strange in my rivals, they were "normal" matches. It is not fair, can you check my last games logs to confirm whats the problem?  ☹️

    What should be happening instead? I win the match in champs, I get coins and get 4 point.

    Same to me... 3 wins but the last win gave me just +1pt
