Unable to redeem expired season progress rewards

I completed some of the season progress levels but left them unredeemed as I didn't want to redeem the packs. When the season ended, the rewards were not auto-redeemed and I can't seem to locate/rede...

I am chat with the cs, but what they say is they marked it to the responsible team.... Don't now if we can even get the packs back before the toty ends..
