Could someone explain why i can't actually contact EA sports firstly.
My issue is I've played fc24 on my sons ps5 for 5 games. Now I can't play the game on my ps4. Due to logging into a newer gen...
I know issues with games can be frustrating and it is even less fun when support seems difficult.
